bot.spot is an AI visibility company in Helsinki, Finland. We show brands and agencies how ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants describe them, and we keep their websites up to date for the AI that reads them.

Our company, Botdot Oy, started in 2025 and is backed by Antler.

Why we exist

A growing share of buyers ask an AI assistant instead of searching. The assistant reads the web for them and answers with a handful of names. Brands now need AI to read, understand and recommend them, the way they once needed Google to index them.

Who is behind bot.spot?

Mikael and Håvard met at the Antler accelerator in spring 2025. Both work on bot.spot full time.

    Co-founder and CEO

    Mikael leads the commercial side. He has a long background in international sales and export, and previously ran Sympower's Finnish business.

  • Håvard Kalliainen, Co-founder and CTO

    Håvard Kalliainen

    Co-founder and CTO

    Håvard leads product and technology. He is an engineer with a background in generative AI and machine learning, and holds an MSc from NTNU.
